- Visitors have to be +18 for the Jet Ski & Flyboarding show.

- Jet Skis must be licensed, and riders must follow the rules and regulations of the Marina and Lifeguard team, and any injury will be the sole responsibility of the rider.
- Children under the age of 7 are prohibited from practicing the activities but are allowed to be in the area.
- Visitors must inform employees about any health issues they might suffer from before riding.
- The ticket holder must know how to swim.
- Visitors need to wear a hat in the location.
