Known as the neighbourhood holding the largest number of ancient buildings, castles and monuments, it is Abha’s main tourist destination. The district lies on Wadi Abha bank and is connected to the other bank via one of the most ancient bridges of the region, Historical Al Qabil bridge. Built in 1872 AD, the 140m bridge is an architectural wonder.
